Throughout her career, she has conducted end‑to‑end HR systems analyses, reviewing platforms, configurations, and control frameworks to ensure robust functioning and regulatory alignment. Her expertise encompasses full-spectrum payroll, tax, and garnishment compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. She provides accurate wage processing, correct withholding, and compliance with garnishment, thereby minimizing errors and improving order accuracy, garnishment accuracy, consistently delivering filings on time, and maintaining data integrity. 

She translates complex regulations into streamlined operational processes that reduce risk and enhance accuracy, thereby minimizing risk and improving accuracy. Additionally, she leads audit and control reviews, partnering with audit teams to validate system setups, reconcile discrepancies, and recommend remediation where necessary. Her approach transforms compliance from reactive maintenance into proactive assurance, supported by clear documentation, training materials, and operational frameworks.
